Access to Land Registry Information
A real estate agent has access to GeoWarehouse, a tool used to access land registry information, double check for easements, check zoning, check boundaries, and more. An agent will also have access to demographic information. Combining this with municipal zoning maps, conservation authority maps, and other data and I'll ensure that you know what you're really buying.
